The Product Value Stream in ANZ Plus has a shared mission to provide simple, compliant, fit-for-purpose products for ANZ Plus, and put in place the tools and processes required to help ANZ Plus manage products efficiently and effectively

As a Deposits Journey Expert in the Product Management Value Stream, your mission is to support with the development and delivery of a simplified and compelling ANZ Plus Deposit product proposition across all areas of product management. This will involve working with your team, other ANZ Plus value streams and broader product value chain partners to ensure our products, systems and processes are fit for purpose, meet our key strategic and customer objectives, and support regulatory compliance requirements.

What could your day look like?

Working together with the Deposits Product team, you will help ensure that we have a well-managed deposit product suite that both delights customers and is viable for the business.

Understand Operational Risk and Compliance frameworks to ensure deposit products comply with the respective obligations
Connect with teams across multiple value streams, partnering with a number of delivery, operational, risk and technical teams to ensure the product management capability within ANZx is constantly uplifted and improving
Provide operational expertise and manage BAU product management activities
Develop an understanding of end-to-end product management, customer experience journeys and commercial acumen to help to ensure the ANZ Plus Deposits product portfolio continues to remain competitive in market, compelling and compliant through all stages of the product lifecycle.
What will be in your toolkit?

Great communicator and problem solver
Technically minded, with an ability to critically assess processes and controls
Ability to prioritise among competing demands
Big picture thinker and a willingness to accept and adapt ideas from various sources to ensure a holistic approach
Proficiency in working with data - such as interpreting dashboards, analysing financials, and fundamental Excel skills
An understanding of regulatory obligations related to designing, developing, and distributing financial products in Australia desirable
Experience in Product Management from product strategy and proposition through to product operational and lifecycle management desirable.
