About the role

The Learn and Adopt Value Stream is seeking an exceptionally detail orientated campaign analyst to derive compelling insights and identify opportunities to shape the direction of our customer experience on digital platforms.

What will your day look like
Understand and measure customer journeys and conversion funnels, identifying points of friction and analysing opportunities to optimise customer experience and campaign/site effectiveness
Support KPI reporting and analysis, including sales forecasting and target-setting
Perform deep-dives on specific business problems/opportunities and prepare PIRs
Generate and support tracking for marketing activities across owned and paid channels
Define and implement audiences and tags for on-site and off-site activation
Influence marketing, content and conversion strategy through insights, and actively participate in the end-to-end process
Leverage offline / CRM data to understand the end-to-end journey, not just the online experience
Be a champion for digital analytics at ANZ and grow our user community
What will you bring?
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Audience Manager or similar tools
Deep understanding of web and mobile app analytics and digital marketing/advertising fundamentals
Commercial literacy, ability to understand and articulate business drivers and levers
Experience integrating and aggregating data from disparate sources to uncover insights
Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and the ability to provide action-oriented recommendations
Natural communicator, ability to convey complex insights to a non-technical audience
High-level ability to interpret data to answer business requirements, inform product decisions and consumer behaviour questions
Experience in media tools or app stores would be highly desirable, but not essential, we can help you learn
