**About this role**
This is a lead role within the Corporate Governance and Risk Management team, with primary responsibility for the NSW Health policy and corporate governance frameworks. Managing a team of professionals, the unit delivers oversight of key governance functions for the NSW Health System including the NSW Health policy framework, leadership of enterprise risk management practices and reporting and monitoring of state-wide governance activity.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage a team of motivated corporate governance professionals
- Oversight the implementation of governing frameworks and policy within the Ministry and across NSW Health Organisations.
- Develop and deliver an annual program of activity designed to provide assurance on state-wide compliance and effectiveness
- Identify and implement actions to enhance performance
