**Job Description**:

We have had an increase in demand for Positive Behavior Support Practitioners and this role will be responsible for reviewing Behavior Support reports to ensure reports meet the clinical and quality requirements as set out by NDIS and Ability Action Australia. This role is suited to a proficient or above Behavior Support practitioner who wants the flexibility to work from home from anywhere in Australia.

**Your role will be to;**
- Review and evaluate Clinician reports, to verify report compliance with specific Participant, Ability Action Australia and/or NDIS legislative specifications
- Work with Clinicians to get the best outcomes for participants
- Provide feedback to clinicians regarding improvement or alterations to their reports
- Assist to develop training content that will guide learning and development in report writing under the NDIS for PBS
- Collaborating with the National Clinical Manager - Positive Behavior Support to ensure the process and approach to report quality meets Ability Action Australia’s needs

**We are looking for you to have experience in the following**
- A current endorsement of Proficient or above
- Experience in writing reports that meet the NDIS Framework
- Knowledge and understanding of quality systems, compliance and quality improvement processes
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
