**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As our new Business Intelligence Lead, your primary responsibilities is to identify and selecting and integrating appropriate technologies and tools to support the company's BI needs. This includes:

- Analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business performance.
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity using data quality controls, data validation techniques, and other related tools.
- Working with IT teams to develop and implement data integration solutions to ensure data flows seamlessly between various systems.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, and translate those needs into technical requirements.
- Designing and developing reporting solutions using business intelligence and data management tools to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Keeping up to date with emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting solutions, data management processes, and data integration techniques.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are looking for someone with at least 6 years’ experience in an IT environment with experience in the following:

- PowerBI and other BI reporting tools.
- Data warehousing, ETL Process, Data visualization and Analytics.
- API Integrations.
- Well-developed verbal, written communication, and numerical skills.
- Demonstrated high standard of managing time, problem solving and prioritising activities.
- Project management skills.
- Strong relationship-building and consultation skills with internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Advanced skills and knowledge of one of the major relational database packages.
- Tertiary degree/diploma in IT related discipline is an advantage.
