**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our busy Marketing team are looking for a **full-time Digital Marketing Manager**, based at our Head Office on **St Kilda Road**. Reporting to the GM Marketing and Client Experience, some key accountabilities of this role include:

- Set Simonds’ digital strategy, manage budget, interpret results, and adjust strategy in support of business objectives (e.g., leads generation, chatbot engagement, appointments, conversion and revenue).
- Oversee and develop Simonds marketing tech stack.
- Oversee paid digital channels (e.g., content syndication, social, display, retargeting) to precisely target key audiences to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Manage acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Build analytics and track the impact of campaigns and spend along the funnel - media, customer success and sales outcomes.

**WHO YOU ARE**

To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone who has:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Current industry experience (at least 3 years); in volume residential building or related would be highly regarded
- Proven ability to develop EDMs that demand attention, supported by strong open rate and click through rates.
- Advanced understanding of social media platforms with the ability to drive engagement through effective content creation on each platform.
- Strong digital production software skills (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator).
