**What we do**
- Jewish Care Victoria, a not-for-profit organisation, is the largest provider of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. Services include Aged Residential Care, Assessment Referral and Individual Support Services, Community Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, Youth and Family Services and Holocaust Survivors Programs.**The role**
- We are now seeking an enthusiastic and team oriented person to provide day-to-day administration and clerical support to Business Information at ALS to ensure the efficient and effective coordination of the department. The role will be responsible for directly supporting the department and will contribute to programs and projects via data entry, as well as reporting and analysis as required.**Your key responsibilities**
- Performing a range of administrative activities to ensure the smooth delivery of ALS
- Supporting the collation of information and data required for reporting purposes
- Supporting ALS with active back up support through timely, professional and effective responses
- Providing project officer assistance as required
- Preparing, typing and formatting documentation & correspondence as required
- Maintaining filing systems, record keeping, document updating and management

**You will bring**
- Proven proficiency of MS Office
- Demonstrable quality written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, high level interpersonal skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of the Jewish culture and community, or willingness to develop this understanding
- A desire to learn and develop your skills
