**A bit about you**:

- A friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a strong appreciation of customer service.
- You are a problem solver and have high attention to detail

- Have a task orientated and process driven approach to your work.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Office Manager role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (eg Xero, Myob)
- Ability to motivate individuals to ensure the company's shared vision and goals are achieved.
- Seeking a long-term career in a dynamic company

**Duties include**:

- Working closely with the General Manager and Business owner
- Manage end-to-end AP duties, including supplier invoice reconciliation using Xero and Netsuite.
- Prepare and manage payment runs.
- Match and reconcile supplier monthly statements.
- Process invoices efficiently and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assisting with mainly AP, Payroll and adhoc HR tasks
