**Strategy Division**:
EPA's Strategy Division is led by a group of highly committed regulatory and environmental professionals. The Division brings together critical functions that together serve the Victorian community by preventing harm to human health and the environment. The Division does so by bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to understand and resolve regulatory problems. These problems do not have one solution - they require methodical, progressive and diverse strategies.

**The Permissioning Officers will**:

- Undertake evidence based, informed and justifiable assessments
- Work collaboratively with others to ensure accountability and delivery of permissioning decisions within statutory timeframes
- Model positive behaviours and support colleagues in their work
- Support the Permissioning Unit to implement EPA's permissioning framework.

- Manage complex projects and can prioritise competing deadlines
- Have excellent professional written and verbal communication
- Hold strong stakeholder management skills
- Have significant experience in environmental management, or regulation
