The Manager (Workforce and Capability) is responsible for effectively leading a geographically dispersed team across all disciplines, including Human Resource Operations, Industrial Relations and Capability Development. The role will require high-level interdivisional communication across TMR to further Strategic Plans and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders. The incumbent will drive a positive workplace culture to ensure RoadTek continues to strive towards becoming a sustainable and contemporary organisation that empowers our people for success.
**To be successful you will need**: - Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resource leadership position
- Strong generalist knowledge of HR, performance management, capability development, employee and industrial relations
- Excellent organisational skills and thrives working independently in a fast paced environment
- A track record of overseeing complex case and performance management processes
- A 'hands on' approach to working across all operational matters
- Experience developing, implementing and actively managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify and drive the continual improvement of organisational development activities
- The ability to work under pressure in an environment of competing priorities and managing multiple tasks within strict deadlines
