Based at South Brisbane, you will love the office and the small team feel yet also enjoy the autonomy to ensure smooth run of the office. This role is a real mix of administration and organisational duties You also get to work in a really interesting creative project to add variety to your day.

This role is ideal for someone who thoroughly enjoys being that go-to administrative support yet is interested in learning about the business and use your initiative to help in other areas of the business.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- General PA and general administrative support to the Directors
- Diary management and manage meeting room bookings
- Travel organisation
- Answer incoming calls and assist enquiries where possible
- Property administration and assist the Property Manager with maintenance requests (organise tradespeople etc)
- Look after casual tenant agreements
- Contract Administration
- Documentation using Word, Excel and occasionally PowerPoint
- Monthly reporting
- Project work - deal with artists and bookings for cultural events (events organising, filming, music videos, etc)
- Trust accounting - receipt tenants, reconciliations plus set up new tenants
- Entering of payments, invoices and receipting
- Website maintenance
- Digital archiving and filing
- Ad hoc administrative and organisational tasks
- Experience within the Property or Real Estate industry advantageous
- Proven administration experience in a role where you really have been an administration allrounder
- Advanced knowledge of MSOffice
- Seeking stability, a role where you can become an important part of the business
- Seeking part-time hours (around 25-30 per week, preferably over 4-5 days)
- Self-starter - this role is what you make of it
