**Social Media and Content Specialist **working closely with the Social Media and Content Manager and collaborating with the team and key internal stakeholders.

As a
**Social Media and Content Specialist, **you will be responsible for social media strategy and content creation initiatives, effectively engaging customers and building the brand’s identity.

**The role**:

- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations. Take ownership of the content calendar
- Implement and execute the social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing plans and ensure consistent messaging across platforms
- Manage social media communities and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Utilise social listening tools to gauge brand performance, track customer feedback, and identify potential PR risks
- Prepare detailed reports on social media activity and provide recommendations
- Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends and identify opportunities for brand expansion
- Around 2 years’ experience in social media or content creation position
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field would be beneficial
- Passionate about content creation with an open and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
- Experience with video production and editing is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
