**The Role**:
Our DWS Melbourne Consultant Support Office needs an experienced HR generalist, where you will be responsible for the full range of end-to-end generalist HR support needs, and will work as a part of the small national HR team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key point of contact for all general HR related needs or issues including leave, probation and performance reviews, policy, WH&S, progression interviews, and career development queries
- Provide advice, support, and coaching to managers in the areas of employee relations, performance management, development, and policy issues
- Produce reports both on an ad hoc and regular basis
- Coordinate and conduct induction for all new starters, checking and processing onboarding paperwork for setting up of employee files, leading Consultant training sessions on internal systems and processes
- General corporate administration including company meetings, facilities matters, and other tasks as required
- Other tasks as directed by the National HR Manager, Senior Executive, or HR team

**Required skills and experience**:

- Solid experience working in a fast-paced environment with resilience and a positive, flexible, and collaborative approach
- Relevant degree and demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience
- Experience in advising on performance management and workplace investigation processes
- Confident interacting with people at all levels of the organisation and able to build positive and genuine working relationships
- Experience in IT/Tech or professional services would be highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
