About the Role

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking an experienced SAP HR PY Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work on a permanent opportunity with a leading global consulting firm on one of their Melbourne-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level consulting services on SAP HR PY to clients, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Work closely with the development team to resolve roadblocks and interdependencies, and provide architecture and design guidance.
  • Participate in design sessions, demos, and prototype sessions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the development team in resolving technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 8 years in SAP HCM.
  • Hands-on experience implementing S/4 HANA projects.
  • Working knowledge of the conversion of SAP legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP AU and NZ payroll.
  • Expertise in configuration and implementation of EBA and Legal changes corresponding to Payroll.
