What does the job look like?
Join our West Melbourne team as a Fit to Pay Administrator. Contribute to seamless vendor payments by addressing noncompliance issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Be a cornerstone of our small team, working 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm onsite. Your meticulous attention to detail and compliance expertise will make a difference in our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key areas:
- Establish exceptional customer service relationships with subcontractors/hauliers, delivering a comprehensive Fit to Pay service.
- Maintain strict compliance by meticulously reviewing and ensuring completeness of all freight documentation, invoices, manifests, and POD records.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel for effective documentation and data management.
- Efficiently address missing PODs with drivers, rectify manifest errors with depots, and propose process enhancements for improved accuracy.

If you have high level of customer service, intense organisational skills and are driven to work as part of a trustworthy, reliable team then we need you You can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administrative or support function in logistics is highly regarded
- Previous experience with SAP is advantageous
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team.
