**Description**

Implementing daily optimised centralised transport planning, route modelling and scheduling across all

brands for specified region to meet internal and external demands
- Contribute and participate in the regional transport planning function to become the centre of

excellence to execute innovative transport solutions for all brands
- Implement the system-based operational planning to enable execution of innovative solutions that can

be translated into realistic transport solutions to the region
- Execute integrated transport solutions across multiple brands and business units to deliver the to

deliver transformational and commercial outcomes for the region
- Collaborate with the Logistics team and the Transformation project teams to understand, validate, plan,

and execute major changes across the transport network with local Logistics' teams to deliver transformational and commercial outcomes
- Implement best practice initiatives, challenge the status quo, deliver operational excellence, and work

- Provide system-based transport planning activity in the region to ensure that movements are optimised, and that transport partners can successfully execute against required service

levels, in line with agreed costs and KPIs.

- Implement the daily transport operational plans in line with site operational requirements and

restrictions, as well as the effective execution of the transport plans
- Implement effective up-to-date scheduling of loading times via the LBN Dock Schedule, published

confirmed Freight Orders for site execution and planning for despatch of freight orders

Ensure carriers comply with freight order requirements and operational details such as load acceptance,

truck registration and driver allocation information
- Optimise truck capacity, prioritise, and remedy any transport shortfalls, inventory shortage and site

execution issues, ensuring timely escalation of unresolved for resolution
- Ensure up-to-date transport schedules and forward plan for all resource capacities
- Manage transport cost allocation and issue resolution with transport providers
- Ensure compliance of transport providers with all TMS and related system compliance
- Ensure Safety by delivering solutions that are compliant to CoR requirements
- Ensure Carrier performance is optimised and determine any opportunities and/or areas for

improvement and escalate any areas of risk or unresolved issues

**Profile**
- 5+ years Transport Management Systems and operational planning processes
- Working knowledge of the transport industry, transport equipment and relevant
legislative and regulatory requirements of each jurisdiction in the region
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills to
enable effective stakeholder engagement
