**Your new role**:

- The RMH Command Centre is a new service aimed to improve safe, timely, effective, patient centred care. The Command Centre team is a multi-service team that uses real time data and informatics tools to monitor hospital capacity and operations with the aim to improve patient access and flow across RMH.
- The primary purpose of the Transport Coordinator is to organise Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) for patients accessing services at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
- This is a diverse role that will require good organisational skills.

**In this role you will**:

- Coordinate Non-Emergency Patient Transport with our Transport partners
- Provide system support for the Transport Booking system
- Liaise with booked vehicles to provide visibility to RMH staff and patients regarding arrival and departure times
- Provide customer support to patients and staff accessing the NEPT service

**About you**:

- You have the ability to work in a high pressure environment with great organisational skills
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- You have exceptional problem solving skills
