What does the job look like?

Join our West Melbourne team as a Fit to Pay Administrator. Contribute to seamless vendor payments by addressing noncompliance issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Be a cornerstone of our small team, working 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm onsite. Your meticulous attention to detail and compliance expertise will make a difference in our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key areas:

  • Establish exceptional customer service relationships with subcontractors/hauliers, delivering a comprehensive Fit to Pay service.
  • Maintain strict compliance by meticulously reviewing and ensuring completeness of all freight documentation, invoices, manifests, and POD records.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel for effective documentation and data management.
  • Efficiently address missing PODs with drivers, rectify manifest errors with depots, and propose process enhancements for improved accuracy.

  • Previous experience in administrative or support function in logistics is highly regarded
  • Previous experience with SAP is advantageous
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fastpaced environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team.
