**About you**
We are looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our Brisbane office on a fixed-term contract.

Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential.
**Your role**
This full-time role will support the professional running of office operations and facilities through carrying out a range of tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
**Key duties include**:
Facilities
- Sort, distribute and send internal and external mail
- Attend to hand deliveries and court runs within the Brisbane CBD
- Court filing
- Organise couriers
- Assist with archiving physical and electronic files
Operations
- Assist with incoming, transferring and outgoing staff movements
- Assist with office moves, move office equipment and furniture
- Order and maintain stationery, general supplies, catering and office equipment
Client Service
- Provide relief cover for reception
- General administrative duties and support as required
