Office Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, screening calls, forwarding calls if necessary and giving advice on nutrition, Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls professionally
- Grow long term relationships with customers and build fans and a community around organic eating.
- Monitor customer deliveries and respond as required
- Manage stock entry and analysing data to determine correct stock levels for reordering
- Coordinate with suppliers for reordering stock
- Handle data entry, enter wholesale orders into the system
- Manage inboxes
- Keep office organised and tidy
- Operational ad-hoc duties as required.
- Update website and maintain and update pricing structure

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- HUSTLE
- Utmost professionalism and confidentiality
- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Good personal presentation, professional approach
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Mount Vernon N, SW 2178: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
