Receptionist / Office Administrator

ASV Wadeson Chartered Accountants office in Mount Waverley is looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to assist with the day to day running of our busy practice.
As an integral member of a small, high-performing team, this role is an excellent opportunity for you to become involved and contribute to all facets of administration within the firm.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Workflow management
- ATO correspondence and lodgements
- Trust Account management
- Corporate Compliance/ASIC requirements
- Accounts receivable
- Administration support to partners
- Answering switchboard/directing calls & client queries
- General administrative duties including mail collection and distribution, filing, data entry and client liaison
**You will have**:
- Excellent verbal, written communication and multi-tasking skills
- An exceptional eye and a love for ironing out detail
- Some administration experience in a professional organisation
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Australian Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Valid Drivers Licence
Experience in a public accounting practice and working knowledge of Xero XPM and BGL software will be well regarded.
The role is intended to be part time - around 3 days per week, with scope to flex hours around lifestyle needs.
The role could potentially move to a full-time role, if that suited the applicant.
The team is highly professional, and excellent to work with.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
