**About the Company**
This company is a renowned tier 2 building contractor operating all over Australia. Turning over more than $600M and currently employing over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most sectors including commercial, residential, health, education and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $50M.
**The role - Systems Support Coordinator**
- Newly created role for the business to assist with implementation, training and compliance of WH&S and quality of systems.
- Systems: Procore and HammerTech
- needs someone with an interest and understanding of the construction industry.
- This role will suit someone engaging who likes connecting with people and being a support contact.
- Based in Brisbane in the office, but you will visit the many construction sites to ensure the site staff are on track with the systems.
- Flexible role and make it your own
**Main Purpose**:
To support the business with appropriate Quality, Compliance and Management Systems to ensure continued effectiveness in producing high quality and compliant finished projects.
- Maintain, co-ordinate, administer and manage the Quality/Management Systems.
- Be the first point of call for systems, quality and WH&S
- Support the senior leadership team to collaborate with business and other key stakeholders
- Provide administrative and support services for the system, including updating system documentation, staff development material and internal communications
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of internal training for new starters and existing employees.
- Train the Trainer experience is highly desirable
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements
- Maintain Legislation and Standards lists.
- Qualifications - Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience in business operations, business systems, process improvement with a strong emphasis on project management principals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and compose correspondence
- Experience with Procore or HammerTech is highly desirable.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive to and work in site locations as well as the office
