Our Client is one of Australia’s leading senior/retirement living provider with communities throughout Australia

Currently on the hunt for a Sales Associate who is empathetic & passionate to work on their Bayside and Mornington Peninsula site.

In this position, you will be mentored by a highly experienced Sales Consultant and learn the ropes.

**About the role**:

- Maintain & administer the customer relationship system (Compass) with daily updates.
- Support the Sales Consultant by hosting & following up enquiries.
- Assist in marketing & promotion activities + prepare/issue monthly vendor letters.
- Meet and greet prospective clients whilst acting as a sales and marketing host.
- Assist with marketing material, welcome kits, preparing brochures, and bulk addressing brochures for mailing.
- Assist the Sales Consultant in dealing with vendor queries and processes.
- Liaise with corporate head office regarding office requirements, information, accounts payable and corporate procedures.
- Organise featured units to have display furniture in them until deposited and then transfer the display furniture immediately to the next featured property.
- Make sure units are clean internally and externally at all times.
- Ensure professional photographs are taken of featured properties and that they are uploaded onto the website and are also displayed in units and on the village window display.

**About you**:

- Strong administrative skills + strong skills in the use of Microsoft suite
- Excellent people and communication skills & excellent telephone manner
- Accuracy in recording prospective clients’ particulars
- Computer literacy in database management, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Understanding of legal process/settlement procedures
- Empathy with elderly people and the ability to work as part of a caring team are pre-requisites
- Integrity and professionalism + articulate with good communication skills
- Good presentation & reliable
- Flexibility with time worked when necessary to fully satisfy prospective clients’ needs
