**The Role**
Working for a highly regarded Property Developer in Melbourne's western suburbs working across a brand new land hold site, you will be working alongside an experienced Sales Consultant.

As a Sales Associate, you will be entrusted with welcoming buyers to a unique display suite, engaging with them, building rapport, and assisting the Sales Consultant in selling their current land stock.

You will have a background in customer service or from within the real estate/property sector.

**On Offer**
- Full training and support
- Work from a high-end display suite
- Various hours available, You will be working weekends with two consecutive days off during the week Tuesday & Wednesday
- Mentoring from experienced Sales Consultants
- Room for growth/advancement working towards a sales consultant role in the not too distant future.
- Salary - $65k inclusive of super with progression once a consultant

**Your background**:

- You may have a retail background, development background, real estate, or hospitality background
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage with an array of customers
- Strong work ethic working in a team environment.
