**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**
We are looking for strong Claims Administrators for a 6 month assignment based in Melbourne CBD.
As this role is with a Federal Government Agency, applicants are required to be Australian Citizens.
**Duties include;**
- Provide admin support to Claims Managers
- Review the status of claims under investigation and progress the claims as per the request of the Claims Manager
- Allocate claims to delegates
- Follow up outstanding information
- Placing appropriate documentation on client’s electronic file
- Undertake other administrative duties as directed
**To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate;**
- Ability to learn & work with multiple data systems
- Ability to meet daily key performance indicators
- High typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong problem solving skills
