We currently have opportunities for Casual Administration Pool. Joining our casual pool, you will have opportunities to work in various sections of Council where you can utilise your experience and skills to provide efficient and effective services to Council, customers and the community.

**What we offer...**
- Casual Employment up to 35hour per week
- Hourly rate from $36.60 per hour (includes casual loading)
- Plus 11% superannuation
- A variety of opportunities to work across various sections of Council

**What you'll need to be successful in the role...**
- Qualifications in the area of business administration or office management
- Experience working in a customer service environment dealing with face-to-face, written and verbal inquiries from customers and employees.
- Experience working in an administrative or clerical position in a relatively large, complex or multi-functional environment.
- Experience providing secretarial support including coordinating meetings, functions and providing minutes of meetings.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite.
- Understanding of Council’s structure and functions
