**YOUR ROLE**

Part of your day-to-day will involve:

- Resolving IT infrastructure and system issues
- Responding to employees IT enquiries
- Actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services
- Visit other Bunzl sites to provide guidance and support for users face to face and online
