**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders. Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- **Build & Manage your team**:Build your team of recruiters and take it to another level.
- **Commission Earning**: Leverage your sales hunger to earn competitive commissions. We believe in rewarding hard work and success (up to 40%) on your own sales + profit shares of your division

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of Commercial Recruitment experience in the Early Childhood Industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and try/develop new approaches
- Motivated and results-driven with a hunger for earning commissions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun work environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary: OTE 200k+**
