Join a vibrant, secular Early Learning Centre attached to a K-12 co-educational school, offering a unique environment for both students and staff. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to an innovative, bilingual setting that promotes growth and learning for children aged 3-5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work shifts between 7am and 6pm
  • Encourage children to explore the world through a second language (Mandarin) while fostering a love of learning
  • Actively participate in staff meetings to discuss the needs of families and students
  • Lead the planning and documentation of children's learning experiences
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards

What You'll Bring:

  • A relevant qualification: ACECQA-recognized Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
  • Fluency in Mandarin and a strong understanding of Chinese culture
  • Hands-on experience in the ELC sector
  • Current certifications in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Emergency Asthma Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid IT proficiency
