**Residential Services Manager | Regional Queensland**

Our client, a prominent organisation in Aged Care and Community Services, is seeking a dedicated Residential Services Manager. Lead in a small, personalised facility with a focus on quality care, this role involves effective leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in service delivery
- Extensive leadership experience in residential care services
- Financial capability for budget management
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of quality improvement practices and innovation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day operations aligned with organisational values
- Plan and evaluate facility operations for quality care
- Implement strategic initiatives for continuous improvement
