Are you passionate about creating impactful content that connects communities and drives positive change? Are you a creative thinker with a flair for digital and social media strategy? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our client who is a leading healthcare provider across Victoria.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute captivating social media content plans, encompassing a variety of formats such as text, video, images, stories, and reels.
- Plan, film, and edit engaging videos to tell stories and showcase the organisation's services.
- Create and implement social media advertising plans that complement an overarching content strategy.
- Regularly analyze and report on social media performance against established KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor social media channels for negative comments and handle them in accordance with established procedures.
- Cultivate both internal and external networks to identify leads and story ideas that resonate with our community.
- Research, write, record, photograph, film, or produce compelling content for our website, social media platforms, brochures, flyers, staff newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Establish robust relationships with staff members at all organizational levels to source compelling stories that resonate with the community.
- Foster strong connections with government agencies, media outlets, healthcare organizations, and private entities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital and social media management, including content creation and advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to build positive relationships.
