Opportunity for a confident, strategic, and creative Advertising Specialist (with proven paid social media advertising experience on behalf of a range of clients) to join our agency.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Experience and passion for service-based brands and eComm brands will be highly advantageous.

You will be empowered to take ownership of your work, as well as contribute to team planning and marketing strategy. You will work in a collaborative and friendly environment, supported by our small but mighty team, contracted creatives and technical people. You will scope and develop briefs, and manage projects, budgets, and timelines. You will work across a suite of clients for the agency, as well as on the agency itself, providing social and digital marketing expertise to drive engagement and ROI.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- A performance-driven mentality and will have a track record of delivering results (even on a start-up budget) as well as growing followers, brand awareness and converting customers from the ground up.
- The ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail, along with a natural affinity for building client relationships.
- An interest in SEM and SEO is advantageous, but not essential
- Experience setting up tracking tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insights Tag and Meta Pixel
- Excellent skills in Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role within an agency setting
- Demonstrated experience using online measurement tools
- Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling headlines and ad copy
- A sharp eye for good design
- A data-driven decision-making mindset
- Experience presenting a digital marketing strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear thinking, high empathy and excellent people skills
- Curious about all things digital and take pride in your work

**WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE**:

- Managing the overarching paid ads strategy for clients
- Working with the team to proactively build and implement strategic marketing campaigns across multiple clients
- Managing Meta, Instagram, Google, Pinterest and TikTok paid ad campaigns
- Setting up and managing Google search/shopping campaigns
- Developing the client’s Digital Marketing and Social Advertising Strategy including in-depth research for the client’s past results, marketing strategy, audience insights etc.
- Creating performance reports and holding monthly reviews with our clients
- Account and Project Management - including internal project management
- Keep up-to-date with channel best practices, trends and innovations
