We are on the hunt for passionate, self-driven and resilient sales people who have a knack for convincing our customers about all the amazing entertainment on offer with Foxtel. **Full Time rotating shifts (38 hours a week over 5 days) during Monday to Friday between 9am-8pm EST. Start date is Monday 5**th** of June for new starter induction and training.**

**_ About the Role_**

You will engage with customers who are reconsidering their Foxtel service and remind them of all the amazing products and content they’ll be missing out on if they cancel their service. **_ Your Responsibilities:_**
- Retain and re-engage Foxtel customers.
- Drive yourself to achieve daily performance targets.
- Keep up to date with the latest Sport, Drama, Lifestyle and Movies content by watching television and occasionally attending live events.
- Solve problems and deliver the best-in-class customer experience.

**_We are Looking for the Following Capabilities:_**
- A passion and aptitude for sales
- Proven ability to achieve daily performance activity and sales targets.
- An agile mindset that can work through tough situations.
- Ability to communicate your ideas effectively and passionately.
- Strong computer knowledge: you're fantastic with navigating multiple systems and can multitask.
- A passion for entertainment - Sport, Drama, Lifestyle or Movies
