**The opportunity**:
Based at Tullamarine, the Contracts and Tenders Coordinator will be responsible for the overall administration of Local Government and large commercial contracts for Visy Recycling. This includes timely calculation and execution of pricing changes.

The Contracts and Tender Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in tendering activities, to coordinate and submit tenders for the division, production of tender documentation and reports, input data and generation of reports.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, your key outcomes will be to;
- Loading contracts, extension letters, correspondence into the CMS system.
- Preparing monthly reports for all Local Government contracts nationally.
- Raising workflows for the setup or maintenance of Local Government accounts.
- Preparing the PPI (Paper Price Index) spreadsheet each month for calculating changes to customer pricing.
- Review/Approve Appian deals.
- Loading pricing into Appian each month.
- Co-ordination and timely preparation/submission of tenders and expressions of interest (EOI) for C&I customers.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of Local Government tenders.
- Monthly Reporting for our larger national accounts including some manual invoicing.
- Working with Legal team for any amendments to our standard Terms & Conditions.
- Monthly report detailing recent articles/insights in the Recycling industry. i.e., Competitors, Govt legislation and initiatives, foreign markets, technological developments, relevant social changes.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Basic Accounting Skills
- Basic Word Processing Skills
- Effective Communication - excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate and convey information concisely.
- Building effective relationships with Sales, Master Data, Local Government and Finance Teams, as well as external stakeholders when required.
- Computer Skills - Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, CMS, Appian.
- Time Management - ability to organise and manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks as required
