**About the Role**
This 12 month max term contract role supports our BOQ Specialist division, which is a market leader offering tailored personal and practice finance solutions exclusively to medical, dental, veterinary and accounting professionals.

This critical role will support the Senior Marketing Manager in the delivery of integrated, multi-channel and data-driven marketing programs that achieve business targets and drive sustainable growth for BOQ Specialist’s commercial product portfolio.

The Marketing Manager - Commercial Products is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of marketing plans that target BOQ Specialist’s niche clients through direct and broker channels.

This role collaborates with experts in digital, social and content, and brand, to create marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive product performance and key marketing metrics and deliver on the objectives defined in each portfolio’s business plan. The role will also involve managing a number of key relationships with national and state industry association partners.

**About you**
We’re looking for experienced marketing professionals who ideally have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. We would love to have someone coming from Banking or Financial Services, however this is not a must.

Equally as important for this role are strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Your ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships, both internally and externally, will be key to your success. We use the Adobe suite here at BOQ Specialist, so a proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Campaign would be great.
