**The Client**
Our client is a leading retail property landlord seeking a Marketing Manager to manage a sub-regional shopping centre based in the south of Brisbane.

**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting role for a Marketing Manager to take carriage of developing and executing all marketing strategies and campaigns for the centre. Responsibilities include:

- Organise and conduct market research to establish markets and market trends, consumer needs
- End-to-end strategic marketing and budget management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute Press Releases in reference to specific promotional events with the Centre
- Implement the Centre’s digital/social media strategy ensuring the Centre is proactive on social media
- Manage and update Centre website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in co-ordination with Digital/Social Media Manager
- The development and delivery of a strategic marketing plan and budget for the centre
- Campaign management across all marketing channels
- Previous experience in managing end to end marketing campaigns and budgets, ideally within the Property Industry/Shopping Centres is advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of digital and social media strategies and tools
- Knowledge of shopping centre branding and marketing campaigns from planning to implementation
- Strong financial/acumen to make practical business decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accountability for the financial reporting and management of the marketing budget
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, retailers, and the community
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
