The team at Llewellyn Motors are currently experiencing high demand for their brands and have need for a **Full time Marketing Manager**.

With this position we are looking for an **energetic hands-on style** **Marketing Manager** to develop and oversee the delivery of marketing and communication programs in this high volume dealership.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be tasked with delivering marketing programs for the many different brands along with the different departments within each brand. With a focus on digital marketing you will be savvy with all aspects of traditional and digital marketing and event management.

Delivering a consistent message and growing our customer base with innovative and exciting marketing plans.

To be considered for this role, previous experience in an automotive dealership would be highly desirable. With experience in marketing functions, including customer communications both traditional and through social and digital media, develop advertising plans and campaigns, oversee branding and reporting into manufactures with marketing plans, digital marketing and promotional events.

**Strong organizational skills** and excellent time management skills are paramount in this role.Covering the marketing plans for several new car brands along with multiple service centres will require you to meet time constraints on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Developing, implementing, and executing retail marketing initiatives and activities for multiple automotive brands. Including Social Media activations, marketing campaigns, dealership events and promotions, coordination of internal and external events.
- Develop and maintain corporate relationships and community sponsorships
- Content development for different forms of communication with our customers utilizing the best media forms to roll out incentives.
- Monthly reporting of marketing activity to multiple brands within the the manufactures guidelines.
- Monthly reporting to senior management with expenses and cost analysis across the brands along with marketing results and benefits.
- Complete management of retail campaigns in conjunction with line managers from each brand.
- Experience in the full suite of digital marketing tools.
- Budget controls implementation across all brands and forms of media.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understand the media environment in relation to costs and etching out value for money across traditional digital and social media
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with manufacturer KPI's around marketing ,customer engagement and retention.
- Competent use Microsoft Office suite and marketing platforms, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to engage with suppliers and contractors.
- Strong budgetary skills.
