We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Marketing professional who will work across an attractive, class-leading product portfolio, from our Robina Queensland Office, responsible for the coordination and implementation of targeted marketing activity to drive demand and opportunity.

Help drive the planning, management and implementation of marketing programs within designated business units and sub-brands of this iconic Australian brand.
Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include: Coordination and implementation of all marketing plan activities across all touch points and channels, including: Metricon display network, signage and POS, digital advertising, Display activations, and Head Office corporate activities. This includes liaising with various media outlets and media agencies on specifications, timings and requirements.Development, coordination and implementation of all marketing plan activities for touch points across owned channels, including: Metricon websites, Metricon EDMs and Metricon Organic Social media platforms.Campaign management of Home & Land and KnockDown Rebuild brands, including concept, development, coordination and implementation of campaigns and evergreen content across all touch points and channels. Strategically plan EDM schedule and then develop and coordinate EDMs to extensive database.Develop Organic Social Media pipeline in alignment with National Digital Media strategy and then brief and coordinate content execution.Review, update and maintain Metricon websites including uploading new campaigns and other required content, and ongoing checking and testing of key web content and lead gathering areas.Monitor and maintain our external digital footprint in line with current product offering and brand guidelines across Developer and Product Portal websites. Assisting with the production and rollout of joint developer campaigns, Home & Land initiatives, signage, POS, and brochures across key estates, land sales offices & websites.Work with key marketing suppliers to deliver quality and cost-effective print production outcomes across all marketing collateral including brochures, display fit outs, signage and POS.To ensure all marketing materials and advertising meet brand guidelines, have been thoroughly proofread and have been compliance checked and approved before finalising and sending to print or media.Coordinate other projects and administration as required, e.g. Invoicing, HR or other internal stakeholder support, etc.Manage marketing collateral stock levels through and understand the run rate and forecast future print requirements.Maintain a physical and digital archive of marketing activity for easy reference and referral.Maintain the Marketing Intranet with current offerings and POS for the broader business to reference.As part of this dynamic role, some driving is required to review and check in on marketing activities and initiatives across Display homes, Sales offices and Land estates across Queensland.

The successful candidate will have: Tertiary marketing or business/commerce qualification.4 years' experience within a relevant marketing role.Energetic, pro-active, autonomous and attention to detail.Practical understanding of construction, property and marketing fundamentals.Proven track record in marketing coordination and implementation.Sound multitasking skills, capable of leading projects to completion.A proactive approach and 'can do' attitude to all tasks undertaken; andA full driver's license.
