We are currently recruiting for a
**Marketing Manager** on a
**full-time permanent basis **for our client based in South East QLD. This role will be
**based in Brisbane** and is the strategic marketing lead for this growing company.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This role is the marketing lead for the organisation and as such is an essential role in the organisation to develop, plan and execute the marketing strategy and roll out of current and new marketing initiatives for the organisation across its three brands.

Current priorities in this role include:

- Overseeing the marketing strategy, including development and implementation of the business’s marketing strategy;
- Developing new marketing initiatives aligned with organisational goals and strategy;
- Liaising with marketing agencies and other third-party providers to ensure the marketing strategy is delivered effectively in line with organisational goals;
- Managing all marketing channels and delivering on in-house marketing strategies;
- Being the point of contact for all communications, marketing and social media requirements for the organisation;
- Preparing and delivering marketing metrics and reports to inform on measurable outcomes of advertising and marketing campaigns; and using a range of tools to measure effectiveness and success of marketing campaigns.

**RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- A creative mind with excellent writing, communication and presentation skills;
- Experience in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing with particular strengths in an e-commerce product sales environment and delivering advertising campaigns across multiple platforms;
- Experience with data management, graphic design, content management, creative writing, marketing automation, digital advertising production and placement, search engine optimisation and marketing, analysis and reporting;
- Keen organisational and communication skills;
- Capable of being attentive and timely with administrative tasks;
- The ability to work autonomously within a team environment, and to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines;
- High level skills and proficiency in contemporary digital marketing tools, graphic design software, social media, content creation, and marketing software and tools such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), Klaviyo, or similar;
- Technical skills and experience working CMS, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, understanding of HTML/CSS, or similar;
- Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or Communications or other relevant discipline.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- This is a **full-time permanent **opportunity based in Brisbane _(note - please inquire about flexible working arrangements or part time if this is something you are looking for in a new role)_.
- Culture and team fit will be an important determinant for the organisation in recruiting for this role.
- You will be required to meet with the General Manager and other team members regularly, as required.
- Must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
- This role includes a remote or flexible work location arrangement (ie. work from home) - please note though, we **_are_** looking for someone based in Brisbane or the South East Queensland region as you will be required for regular face to face meetings and catch ups on site at the company’s head office in Pine Mountain near Ipswich, as well as off site catch ups, usually held in inner suburbs of Brisbane.
