**About the Role**
As Administrative Support Officer you play a key part of the team, responding to a broad range of enquiries in accordance with established business practice guidelines and referral protocols. As a member of our Exams & Graduations team, you will actively contribute to a positive and professional work environment that fosters innovation, teamwork, high achievement, continuous improvement and job satisfaction. You will provide high-quality general support and troubleshooting to students attending graduation ceremonies in August and December and students taking exams throughout the year.
As part of this role, you will also be required to liaise with key teams both within Student Services and the wider University to connect students to support services and resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiry follow-up, working collaboratively in consultation with Student Services staff in other teams
- Assisting with student-related activities and events including Melbourne Commencement Ceremonies, Examinations and Graduation Ceremonies
- Identify service improvement suggestions that ensure a student-centred and coordinated approach to service delivery
**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for team players, who are able to maintain a high level of focus and productivity with a willingness to contribute to a team focused on delivering high-quality student services and events.
You will also have:
- An undergraduate qualification and/or equivalent mix of education and relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service and ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge of and ability to effectively utilise systems such as CRM and student systems, coupled with sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working or studying in a tertiary education environment will be highly regarded
