**The Finance Administrator** is a key part of our business, providing administrative support to the Australian Stoller team.

To be successful in this role you must be a self-motivated and versatile individual, with a keen eye for detail. You will have previous financial/administration experience and understanding of accounting practices along with a passion for working in a diverse role with a customer service focus.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager, the role includes the following responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Processing invoices, orders and credits
- Monitoring accuracy of orders and pricing
- Preparing various financial reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Following up outstanding orders
- Processing rebates, bank deposits and payments
- Administration functions including stationery orders, answering phone calls, filing, collating, photocopying and other administrative functions
- Office support, including monitoring calendar bookings and preparing rooms for meetings, and ordering supplies for kitchen
- Customer service support
- Promote a safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Assist General Manager, Finance Manager, Accountant and Supply Chain Coordinator with tasks and analysis as required.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**

Effective interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and a can-do attitude will be critical to your success in this role. A positive outlook and a genuine desire to make a difference is a must.

Together with the above requirements you will have the ability to multi-task, be able to demonstrate initiative and have the ability to problem solve and be a quick thinker. Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills and a customer focused attitude are essential to achieve positive outcomes.

**Other key success factors are**:

- Relevant qualifications in Bookkeeping or Administration (desirable)
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Prior experience in an office administrator role, including customer service
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong and confident communication skills with all stakeholders (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to exercise initiative and problem-solving skills within a team environment

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
