North Melbourne, Australia Barista Hustle Full time

We’re looking for a full-time creative digital marketer based in Melbourne, Australia. This is a performance-focused role, with emphasis on conversion and analytics. In short, you’ll be creating and experimenting with both still and video content to measurably drive sales of our products. You will initially focus on our Tools department, with room to grow into Education as well.

Primary responsibilities:

- Photo/video creation (studio and off-site)
- Copywriting
- Social media and basic ads management
- Managing other marketing freelancers/creatives/employees to fill gaps

Secondary responsibilities:

- Graphic design
- Competitor, influencer, and scientist outreach
- Assisting our resellers with content/marketing
- Collaborations with other brands

Critical skills:

- Knowledge of coffee industry history, science, equipment, and zeitgeist.
- Intermediate photography and video shooting/editing
- Basic digital/graphic design
- Excellent written English

The role is Melbourne-based for access to our studio/workshop. Not all working days will be on location and working hours can be very flexible. Our team is mostly remote; you must be comfortable and proficient both working remote and on-site. We are open to assist with relocation for exceptional applicants.

You don’t need to be the “face” of our brand. We prefer diverse and faceless evergreen content rather than relying on célébrité.

Compensation is highly variable based on your skills/outsourcing balance, and appetite for performance based commissions. For example we can share YouTube/tiktok revenue with you based on metrics like conversion rate.

Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll be largely responsible for the appearance of the brand to our global audience. Your network will grow to include barista champions, industry leaders, and influencers around the world.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
