The Royal Melbourne Hospital Emergency Department is a busy and unique team that provides high level acute care in a multi-disciplinary setting. We are a Level 1 Adult Trauma and tertiary referral centre, with over 85,000 presentations annually.**Your new role**:

- Deliver a patient and customer focused service
- Capture accurate and complete data in accordance with the data requirements
- Process transactions for services/appliances provided
- Adhere to the Patient Confidentiality Policy

**About you**:

- Previous Hospital Experience is desired
- Previous experience working with an Electronic Medical Record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Have the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work a rotating shift work roster.
