DT Infrastructure has been entrusted with the crucial role of managing the design and construction of the maintenance facility at Ormeau. The Ormeau facility will not only support rail manufacturing and maintenance in Queensland but also contribute to the success of the Cross River Rail project and the upcoming 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games.
**About the role**:
As we enter a critical growth phase, we have an exciting new role for a **People & Culture Graduate** to support the existing pipeline of work. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career
Initially reporting to our HR/IR Manager, over a two (2) year period on the Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to rotate through a diverse range of People & Culture activities, including learning and development, HR advisory and assurance, and generalist human resources support.
**Your development pathway will consist of**:
- On the job experience through engaging and immersive structured rotations;
- Core development training workshops and education programs;
- Networking and one-on-one mentoring.
**About you**:
- A recent graduate in Human Resources or a related business degree (within the past three years)
- Mobility (able and willing to work and live in any state of Australia including regional centres)
- Full working rights in Australia
- We seek graduates that are ambitious, driven, innovative team players and are customer focussed. You will have a true passion in your chosen field and a desire to contribute and succeed.
