**The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to liaise with the charitable sector on behalf of Mutual Trust clients, by establishing and co-ordinating charitable grants made by Mutual Trust clients through a variety of charitable entities. We maintain a premium level of service to our clients by ensuring that we deliver an integrated client account team.

The team are nationally based, and you will work across various projects, with accountabilities in Sector & Client engagement, Project Management and Compliance. You will also project lead on the Mutual Trust Staff Giving project which is highly visible and supported across the entire Mutual Trust business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Represent Mutual Trust in the charitable sector as professional family advisors providing governance, strategic and operational support to private charitable entities.
- Research, engage and participate in charitable sector developments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with charitable organisations on behalf of clients and in line with client focus areas/purpose of giving.
- Administration is an important function of this role, you can expect to assist with the preparation of client invoices, maintaining effective client files and grants on our CRM management database.

**About You**:

- Relevant work experience or Tertiary qualification in Law, Business/Commerce, Marketing, Public Policy, Public Health, International Development or similar
- Experience in managing and priorities multiple stakeholders, managing projects to budgets, deadlines and outcomes,
- Researching, analysing projects and presenting your findings in either written or verbal presentations to support decision making.
- We do require you to be an Australian citizen or have PR status.
