ASPIRE OSHC is an Outside School Hours Care provider providing before, after school care, and vacation care. ASPIRE OSHC is a Child Safe Organisation. Programs being offered provide children with a safe, enjoyable, and supervised space for learning, playing, and more specifically, making friends while parents are away for work or other commitments.
ASPIRE OSHC provides children with opportunities to grow and develop as confident individuals by exploring their world through stimulating and challenging play. When planning our programs, we take the time and care to personalise activities based on strengths and interests whilst encouraging the growth of relationships and interactions to support all children to develop a sense of belonging, being and becoming.
We value our educators as our greatest asset and place great emphasis on supporting staff to develop their skills to fulfil their job to the highest standard. We work with staff to ensure they continue to strive for excellence providing opportunities for further training and development.
The Service Manager will ensure the effective management of the day-to-day running of the Aspire OSHC Program; making certain that all children attending receive optimal care at all times, with focus on a safe and secure environment delivered through a structured, well-balanced program.
**Essential**:
- Paid Working with Children Check
- Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
- Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
- Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
Preferred, have or working towards:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Cert IV in School Age Education and Care
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour
