About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Port Hedland operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager of Aftersales to drive operational excellence and achieve business growth in the region.
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve high performance and operational efficiency, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth in the Pilbara region.
  • Manage and develop branch staff to achieve KPIs and improve performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and practices.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Pilbara region, driving profitability and growth.
  • Oversee and optimize workshop operations and parts department processes to ensure efficient work practices and high-quality service delivery.
