Our client is a medium sized accounting firm based in CBD. They have a positive team culture and a large client base They are looking for somebody to come on board as an Administration Assistant.

**Your duties will include**:

- Maintaining bank accounts
- Generating invoices for customers
- Managing statements and payments
- Scanning, filling and archiving
- Maintaining the client database
- Relief reception
- Reporting directly to the Corporate Affairs Manager

**To be successful in this role, you will require**:

- **4+ years experience within an accounting firm - preferred**:

- **Experience using Xero Practice Manager**:

- Excellent communication and written skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
