The company

Our client is a thriving Accounting firm based in the CBD They provide high quality customer service to their clients and specialise in business services, tax and superannuation services.


The role

Due to an internal promotion they are now looking for an outgoing Entry Level Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their growing team.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and visitors at reception
  • Answering and forwarding all incoming calls and relaying messages to staff when needed
  • Processing over the phone payments
  • Maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Maintenance and setting up of meeting rooms and Board Room for client meetings, making team or coffee where needed
  • Management and ordering of stationery and other office supplies
  • Administrative support provide services including, but not limited to, filing and scanning of documents and client records
  • Mail and correspondence incoming and outgoing, including collection, sorting and distribution to staff
  • Ad hoc admin duties on request

Skills & experience
-
1+ years receptionist experience a must:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Solid computer skills
  • Highly organised and ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Discreet and confidential at all times
  • Team player willing to assist others to achieve results
  • Strong attention to detail
