We are currently seeking an experienced Program/Project Coordinator to take the lead of administrative and coordination duties surrounding Governance in a new role with our community-focussed NSW Government client.

This role is based across two offices, one in Parramatta and one in Sydney CBD, however hybrid flexibility is also encouraged

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of governance activities, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across the business to ensure activities and deadlines are achieved
- Truly partner with stakeholders to follow-up on outstanding documentation or activities, building long-standing, trusting relationships
- Preparing governance packs and documents in order for Project Manager's to have a good overview of projects at all times
- Research and understand resources to gather information from e.g. project risks, project statuses and outstanding action points
- Report on the above to the Project Manager
- Act as a true secretariat for Governance across projects and programs
- Be part of steering committees including the coordination of invites, liaising with external stakeholders, taking and distributing meeting minutes

**You will need to**:

- Experience in a Project or Program Coordinator role is essential
- Experience in the Government sector or exposure to governance processes is essential
- Exceptional communication skills with proven experience in building relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding of policies and processes surrounding governance and project coordination
